The Plan!

I am so excited to start this challenge! I feel I should clarify my goals!

Goals

To be healthy, flexible, and strong.

I want the main focus of my challenge to be the nutritional component. I feel diet is much more important than the workouts. I will make a goal to work out daily, however I want the main focus of this challenge to be on my diet.

 

Diet:

EAT CLEAN!

NO hydrogenated/vegetable oils

NO Persevatives/BHT/BHA

NO artificial flavors/colors/sweeteners/ aspartame/surcalose ext…

LIMIT Dairy (greek yogurt is my exception)

LIMIT processed foods (If I consume anything from a factory it must abide by the above rules)

 

DIET PLAN

My goal is not to loose weight. My goal is to nourish my body with vitamins and minerals and radiate health.

I plan to eat a diet full of SUPERFOODS and WATER!

I want to eat a diet high in protein, fruits and vegetables. I am allowed to eat 1 cheat snack a day (the cheat snack will abide by the above diet rules).

I want a diet that has a lot of:

  • Eggs
  • Fruit
  • Vegetables
  • Oats
  • Lentils/beans
  • Sweet Potato
  • Pumpkin
  • Sprouts
  • Quinoa
  • Brown Rice
  • Wild Salmon
  • Tea (green /black/yerba mate)
  • Nuts
  • Healthy oils
  • Greek Yogurt

 

Exercise:

Daily: Bikram or Ashtanga Yoga

Daily: Rotate daily between leg, arm, and abdominal work outs.

 

Considering working out 6 days a week and 1 day off. Considering it.

Going to start my challenge!

Starting soon I’m going to make some life changes. I am changing my diet, sleep patters, and going to use my body more.

6 days a week I will do:

Workout:

Bikram yoga

Leg and abdominal work outs

 

Diet:

I will really concentrate on eating healthy food!

I will drink raw vegetable and fruit juice daily.

I will eat a superfood diet!

I will tweak the diet to include food items my body loves that might not be considered a super food.

Drink lots of water!

 

I plan to make my workout, diet, and goals more specific soon!

 

I am really excited to do this!!! =)
